Innovist has leased 2.62 lakh sq ft Warehouse
at Horizon Industrial Park, Gurugram, on a five-year lease for ₹27.5 per sq ft
per month.
Propstack, a D2C company and the firm behind
brands like Bare Anatomy, Chemist at Play and SunScoop, has leased 2.62 lakh sq
ft of warehouse space in Gurugram for five years at a total rent of ₹47 crore,
property transaction data showed.
The documents reveal that the company has
taken premises at Horizon Industrial Park in Bilaspur, Pathredi Village,
Manesar Tehsil, Gurugram on a fresh lease from Horizon Industrial Parks
Limited.
The lease is effective from 13 March 2026 and
relates to a chargeable area of 262,350 sq ft. The company would pay a monthly
rent of Rs 72.14 lakh, which translates into a rental rate of Rs 27.5 per sq ft
each month. The paperwork based on transaction data showed that the lease has
been signed for five years and the total rent payment over the lease period is
estimated to be roughly ₹47 crore.
According to the property registration
records, Innovist has deposited a security amount of ₹2.88 crore. The rent will
climb 5% per annum for the term of the lease under the terms of the deal.
Where's the storehouse?
The warehouse is situated in the
Bilaspur-Pathredi industrial belt of Gurugram, a recognized industrial and
warehousing hub within the National Capital Region. The purchase follows rising
demand for large-format warehouse facilities from consumer-facing enterprises,
particularly companies with distribution-intensive D2C and e-commerce models.
Innovist’s portfolio includes consumer brands
such as Bare Anatomy, a personal and hair care brand; Chemist at Play, a
skincare and personal care products brand; and SunScoop, a sunscreen and
skincare brand. The company’s focus on online-first consumer brands has made
storage and distribution infrastructure a key aspect of its business.
Emails were sent to Onesto Labs Private Limited
(Innovist) and Horizon Industrial Parks Limited. The story will be updated when
a reply is received.
L’Oréal has recently bought Innovist in a
deal allegedly worth ₹4,000 crore, according to media sources. It was billed as
one of the biggest deals in India’s D2C (direct-to-consumer) sector. The
acquisition has also put the firm’s portfolio of consumer brands and its growth
in the Indian beauty and personal care industry under the scanner.
